Data Deletion Request

INFODM PRIVATE LIMITED respects your right to control your personal data. If you have connected your Facebook account or Facebook Page to our platform, or if you have shared any personal data with us, you may request that we delete it at any time.
What data we store
- Your Facebook access token (encrypted) used to post content to your connected Page
- Your Facebook Page ID and Page name
- Content posts created or scheduled through our platform
- Your account email and profile information from your INFODM account
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, please contact us using any of the following methods:
Subject line
Data Deletion Request — [Your Name or Facebook Page Name]
Include in your message
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your INFODM account
- Facebook Page name(s) you connected (if applicable)
What happens next
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity within 2 business days
- Delete your connected Facebook tokens, Page data, and associated content from our systems
- Confirm deletion via email within 7 business days of verification
Disconnecting via Facebook
You can also revoke our app's access to your Facebook data directly through Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find INFODM Social Manager and click Remove
This immediately revokes our access. Please also email us to ensure all stored data is removed from our servers.
